My Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I work closely with each client to ensure treatment is thoughtfully tailored to their unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and that finding the right therapeutic fit is an important part of effective and meaningful work.
I integrate a supportive, respectful therapeutic environment with evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. This integrative approach supports insight, resilience, and therapeutic growth while allowing progress to unfold at a pace that feels appropriate for each client.
