You can pay via insurance, which may include a small co-pay based on your plan. There is also a self-pay option for cash or credit card.
60min sessions will be billed at $150.00 per hour
Late cancellations are cancelled appointments that come within 24hours of your scheduled time. The fee for this is $75.00.
For appointments that are scheduled but not adhered to there will be a fee applied. That is due to not being able to fill the slot. The fee for a missed appointment will be $100.00
