A Supportive Space

for

Meaningful Change

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and seeking support is a meaningful step toward clarity and emotional well-being. I provide collaborative, integrative therapy for adolescents and adults, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused interventions. Together, we work to build insight, resilience, and practical strategies that support sustainable growth and lasting change.

Free 15min Consultation Call

Beginning therapy is a meaningful step, and starting with the right fit can make all the difference. I offer a 15-minute consultation call to answer your questions, discuss your goals, and ensure that my approach aligns with your needs.

Insurance and Self-Pay Options

Clients can use the insurance verification tool when booking to see an estimate of their coverage and anticipated costs. While a small co-pay may apply at the end of the session, you will always be informed of any charges before services begin. For those who prefer, self-pay is also available at a flat rate of $150 for a 60-minute session.

Individual Therapy Sessions

I provide HIPAA-compliant online therapy that adheres to the same professional and ethical standards as in-person care. I understand the value of in-person sessions, which will be available beginning late summer 2026.

About Me…

I am a licensed mental health clinician who has been practicing since 2021. I began my work in In-Home Therapy and transitioned to individual outpatient care in 2022. Today, I primarily work one-on-one with clients, while maintaining a systems-informed perspective that honors how relationships, family dynamics, and lived environments influence healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to ensure our work is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and that finding the right therapeutic fit is an important part of the process.

From our first session, my priority is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and safe. A strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change, and I am committed to meeting you where you are in your journey. If at any point I am not the best fit for your needs, I will gladly support you in finding a therapist who feels right for you.
